The Transkor 4PL Solutions
A fourth Party Logistics Provider (4PL) or Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) is an integrator that assembles the resources, capabilities and technology of its own organization and other organizations to design, build and run comprehensive Supply Chain Solutions.

Transkor is a 4PL / LLP that is not an asset-based 3PL, and offers significant advantages. Transkor has no imperatives that conflict with our contacts in the 3PL industry, we are able to rapidly assemble a 4PL offering tailored to your needs. Transkor can act alone while providing oversight, responsibility, expertise and systems, or we can create a Joint Venture with an asset-based 3PL operator and/or a Logistics Software provider to offer a complete solution.

The Transkor Value-Added Reseller ("VAR") Solutions
Transkor's partnership with Headwater Technology Solutions Inc. provides a tool that efficiently allows information from numerous disparate software systems to be gathered and consolidated in real time for complete visibility.

System Sale: The first type of VAR offering is a straightforward sale of a system, its installation and ongoing service and maintenance support. This system sale may be a Warehouse Management System ("WMS"), a Transportation Management System ("TMS"), another type of Logistics Software System or a combination of one or both of the first two with other systems to provide a tailored software suite, or a 3PL or 4PL system with all integrated sub-modules designed to your requirements.

Long-term Operating Agreement: The second VAR offering is one for which Transkor has developed an innovative financing instrument and operations methodology that allows a 3PL or 4PL to purchase a leading-edge system without a large CAPEX commitment and in effect use the system over an extended period during which part of the systems costs can be recovered from the 3PL or 4PL's clients.

Transkor’s Supply Chain Solutions provides our clients with a full range of consulting services designed to optimize your firm's supply chain operations.
